Return Eligibility

You may return jewelry items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, original invoice and any certificates of authenticity.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

Jewelry that has been engraved or customized with a personal message, except in cases of defect or damage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please provide a link to your return request form/contact information.

Clearly state the reason for the return, and provide your order number and contact details.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is received and approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please include this RAN with your returned item.

Shipping the Item Back:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 to 20 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please specify this in your return request.

We will ship the new item after receiving and processing your return.

Warranty

All our jewelry items come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.
