How will I know whether you received my order that I placed on the web?

After you submit your order, CGDJEWELERY will immediately send you an e-mail confirming your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail when your order has shipped, which will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference so that you can track your package online.

Do you do personalized/ customized jewellery?

Yes, Our workshops are located in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai. We have experienced, certified, creative, and well-trained goldsmiths and workers from different parts of the world.

We focus on quality and aim to achieve total customer satisfaction, both in the products we offer and in the service that follows. Our highest priority is on customizing the products. We are committed to providing what our customer wants and we provide quality and consistency at the best value. We make jewelry according to the order of our customers and deliver it within a short period of time. We also carry out the ring sizing, fixing, and polishing of jewelry.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, engraving is a complimentary gift from CGD JEWELLERY.

Do I have to pay for my orders in full?

Do you provide cancellation and refund opportunity?

The Company provides You cancellation and refund opportunity on your purchase through the website, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase provided. You meet with the following conditions:
(a) Cancellation of an order should be initiated within 24 hours from the time of dispatch of the product (i.e. within 24 hours after the customer receives the email of the product dispatch with tracking id). Post the receipt of the Order Cancellation request, Refund will automatically be processed and the amount will be credited back into his account within 10 working days.
(b) A product must be returned only if it is a wrong product or damaged product received and the return request must be initiated within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
(c) In case of a damaged product received, the customer must call the CGDJEWELLERY helpline number Phone: +97126342233 within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
(d) If a cancellation request is initiated after 24 hours from the time of dispatch, the customer must first receive the product from the courier partner, and then return it to CGDJEWELLERY. in perfect condition*.
(e) All returns of products must be sent to the following address:

(f) Any product returned by a customer must be in perfect condition*, without any wear and tear or breakage. The return shall be accepted after compliance with Quality Standards of CGDJEWELLERY.
(g) Refund process shall be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of a returned product, after it has been cleared by Quality Check guidelines at CGDJEWELLERY (h) The refund shall be credited directly into the account of the customer within 10 working days, from the date of initiation of the refund request.
(i) No refund shall be processed for any product returned by the Customer to the CGDJEWELLERY Centre which has a damage or loss of parts or has not passed the Quality Guidelines at the CGDJEWELLERY Centre.
(j) Customers shall need to designate reliable courier partners for return procedures. The CGDJEWELLERY Customer Care will suggest courier partners for returns if any customer seeks such information. However, any suggestion from the CGDJEWELLERY Customer Care is not obligatory, and customers are free to engage with a courier partner of their choice in order to ensure safe delivery of the product.
This policy is only for customers in UAE and we won’t be able to provide cancellations or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs. Unless the customers bare the shipping costs.

Shipments are sent via FedEx®, We also offer several convenient specialty services, including expedited shipping, a shipment of gifts to an alternate address, and holding a package for pick-up at a FedEx® location.

Do you require a signature of the shipment?

Yes, to protect the security of your shipment, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped.

Do you offer shipping to an Alternate address?

CGD JEWELLERY understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.

Do you hold the package at another location?

If you prefer, we can arrange to hold your package at a local FedEx® location to be picked up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and proof of identity are required to pick up your held shipment.
