Return and Refund Policy

REPLACEMENT
We accept the replacement of goods if there is any manufacturing defect, received in damaged condition, or the wrong product sent. We can process the replacement for free of charge after receiving the replacement request through our Contact Us Page or email us at “[email protected] cgdjewellery.com”

The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request.
Once the item is received, we will send you the replacement product which you will receive it within 2 Working days.
EXCHANGE
Replacement and Exchange of items can be made by a customer due to wrong order placement or dissatisfaction with the product. The Exchange request has to come through our Contact Us Page or our email “[email protected] cgdjewellery.com”

The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request.
Once the item is received, we will ship the Exchange item as per your choice which needs to be communicated to our friendly Support Team
REFUNDS
The Refund is processed only for Damaged Items, the refund is not processed for any performance or durational issue. For the damaged item, the refund request has to come through our Contact Us Page or our email “[email protected] cgdjewellery.com”

The item will be picked up from your location within 2 working days after receiving the request
Credit/Debit Card Payments – Once the Item is received, your refund will be credited to the same Debit/Credit Card used within 14 Working days. If you haven’t received a refund within 14 Working Days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at “[email protected] cgdjewellery.com”
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For Customers outside UAE, you should mail your product to Office no. 104, First Floor, Block A, Hamdan Centre, Sheikh Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, 42978, +971 2 634 7676
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All the customers living outside UAE will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
In case of accepted Refunds made by Credit/Debit Card, only the Product Cost will be refunded to the same Debit/Credit Card with 14 Working days
Our Replacement and Refund policy is valid for 14 days after receiving the product. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable – If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Each order can be returned/replaced only once, further to that the return and replacement are entertained only if the customer bares the shipping charges.
